Nick the "Bartender" is a hothead. I went in for lunch on Sunday 4-16-23 late afternoon with my neighbor. we sat at the bar on the corner where Dan the owner usually sits. The restaurant was not busy at all a couple of tables and 2 others at the bar.Nick was mixing a couple drinks when we sat down. No hello whats up? No greeting whatsoever. Ok no problem. A very nice young waitress comes over and gets our beer order and gives us a menu. we proceed to look over the menu and decide what to order. 2 couples arrive and Nick seats them in the bar behind us. On his way over I ask him when he gets a chance we would like to order. he says to me OK give me a minute. well he proceeds to get the tables drink order, prepare there drinks , deliver them to the table and Takes there food order. When he gets back to the bar I ask him why he took there order before helping us? Immediately he freaks out grabs whats left of our beer and tells us to leave the restaurant. Not only is he freaking out but he grabs my cell phone from in front of me? Really WTF. We were not refusing to leave I don't know why he grabbed my phone. luckily before grabbing my phone he placed his ipad for ordering on the bar surface so I retrieved that for collateral to get my phone back. Dan I have been coming to the Maltby Pizza for 20 years. Never again as long as HOTHEAD NICK is still employed.

Worst place ever, no manager and this place is literally a train wreck. Called for delivery and told us it would be an hour and a half after waiting two hours we called back and they said they never even made the pizza... We are locals but will be sure to never call or go in again.

The price you pay compared to the food you get is HORRIBLE! Don't order delivery because they constantly screw up your order, your pizza gets delivered with all of the toppings slid to 1 side, the service leaves MUCH to be desired, and everything costs a ridiculous amount of money. Try Applebee's instead; the food is cheap & somewhat palatable.

Do not spend your hard earned money here! We ordered a pizza at 6:30. No call that it was late. We called at 8:15, they said they would comp us for the pizza and it would be here in 45 minutes. It is now 9:30. I called and asked for the manager. I spoke with somebody named Sid who could care less about anything much less her job. I have kids who have to go to school tomorrow and now have no dinner.. A word to the wise, do not order anything from this place!
