Went inside to get seated and were told to go outside to get on the waitlist. We check in at the hut and waited and hour and a half after we were told it would be a 40 minute wait time. There were only 2 of us, we then go back up to the hut explain that we've been waiting over an hour and no text she confirmed what time we were added initially and that she will re-add us with no apology or any idea of how long it would continue to be. We wait another 15 minutes or so and decided to just leave to go to another steakhouse. Bad customer service!!!!!
