Ordered food for carry out. Used on line menu. Unfortunately, the online burger is listed at 9.00. When I picked up the actual price was 19.00. RIP OFF. Please change your online menu to reflect correct pricing

i have been going to the rustic in for over 25 years i have never found a bigger or better burger in the milwaukee aera the papa burger is 19 oz for about $ 7. plus extras. It is so good you cant put it down. I ate at sobelmanns this week end, they are rated #6 in milwaukee they wouldnt hold a candle to the rustic inn . (1/3# burger with ff $10.00

This restaurant is a hidden gem! From the bar tender to the bus boy service was great. The only thing better than the service was the FOOD. Huge portions and fair prices! Thanks for a great meal and time, we will see you again

From the very start, the staff was less than helpful. The hostess could not have been any more rude and less helpful. We were made to believe that it was our fault that we were not sure if we were seated in the bar or main dinning room. When asked about the special, She told us to ask our waitress. However, our waitress was yet to show up!
The food was good and the portions were very good. Too bad they fall down on service. It's everything!

We have stopped at the Rustic Inn many times and have been pleased with the service and food. The baby burger is the best, especially with the fried onions.

After driving past the restaurant for many years, I finally went there to eat this weekend. The staff was VERY rude and the service was VERY poor. I will never go there again! If I could rate it at zero stars I would.
