We visited the restaurant and were seated promptly. We waited for twenty minutes for the waitress to acknowledge our presence. The manager kept walking be us seating incoming customers while avoiding eye contact with us. The manager did not seem interested or did not appear to care about customers once seated. After twenty minutes we stood up while the waitress was serving people who came significantly after us. We left with minimal acknowledgement from staff. We will never attend this rude and ill mannered establishment.

Just ordered delivery from Patsy's and very disappointed and will not be ordering from there any longer. Ordered a few things so it was expensive. Never received bread which I specifically asked for. Spaghetti and meatballs had barely any sauce on it. Ordered rigatoni and gave with no sauce at all. Called to complain to a joe and he really could care less. Very disappointed, you would think they would have done something since there were multiple issues with the order. There lack of concern would never have me order from there again. What's worse is they didn't even care and lost another customer. Not a good way to do business.
