Called this restaurant and requested to take out a special from gladdys menu for my family,in spite of the fact , employee on phone was AGGRESSIVELY hostile when showed discourteousness, screaming unpleasantly at me for my genuine inquiry and showed zero sympathy for her actions. I suggest this place to improve phone service customer satisfaction as this terrible experience astonished me and most certainly won’t be putting in a order from here again.
