This bakery is a real treasure! The cakes are out of this world, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I couldn't get enough of the empanadas and the strawberry shortcake - they were absolutely delicious!

If I give them 1 star it's because there is no star below this. Horrible customer service. I go to this bakery occasionally. Today I went to get tamales and waited for about 20 minutes.
When I approached the register, the lady who I thought was nice - turned out to be very DISRESPECTFUL for absolutely no reason. I wanted to pay with my credit card and after waiting, they DO NOT accept credit cards. I replied saying "There should be a sign on the door, people should know that credit cards are NOT accepted." And the woman said "I did not ask for your opinion." In shock, I offered her cash. She did not even attend me after waiting so long and proceeded to say "NEXT." I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I am never coming here again, a lot of my friends are clients here and they also will not be coming here. Whoever owns this bakery, please reconsider who you hire. I wish I knew her name but she's the one who's the tallest, young woman. Everyone, please be careful with her. I'm not sure what she's going through, but she is definitely having a bad day. They do NOT deserve the business.

The ladies at the front are very rude and do not know how to treat their customers. Horrible experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a cake for my birthday that was rotten. Brought it in and was yelled at and told it was not rotten and that they would not make it right or give me any other cake. Spent 45+$ on a cake that was spoiled and had no cake for my birthday. Very rude customer service and I was told I was toxic when I told her I would give her a bad review. Don't purchase from this company. Terrible!!

What a disappointment
Got a large fruit cake and when it was opened I found that it was unglazed, fruit was rotten and not de pitted and mango was completely unripe.
Very embarrassing to bring to guests and discover the terrible quality for a $45 dollar cake.
When I came back to let the bakery know, they screamed at me and told me to get out of the store and not come back.
Very sad experience, they refused to give the bosses name and their names.
Save your self the disappointment- do NOT shop here!

I give this place no more stars. What a customer service disappointment. I was shouted at by the front desk attendant and or cashier person. She shouted I will take the next person and I have a whole line of people here. That was not necessary. The staff person was unprofessional and not courteous to the customer right in front of them trying to place more than one order at a time. She answered back at me. I came there as a usual customer to purchase baked goods for my mother. I would not appreciate being shouted at as a returning customer. Now I am not returning there again as being mistreated as a customer. I don't believe customers should be dismissed. I hope management takes this review seriously because word of mouth is very powerful for business success. It is such a disappointment. Fortunately there are many more bakeries in Westchester, NY to check out.

Worst customer service ever. Completely forgot my order on Thanksgiving day. They asked me to wait 30 minutes for a cake that was never done. I ended up living with two cakes that were far away from my order and overpriced as they even didn't tried to make it up for their mistake. As much as I like to support local businesses, they lost a customer today.
