The carne asada with peppers, onions, and tomatoes, paired with white rice and beans, has become my go-to dish here, and I've also enjoyed their grilled chicken. With their delicious homemade hot sauce and outstanding Ecuadorian cooking, I'm excited to continue visiting once they move to Main Street.
