Try the cold sesame (peanut) noodles - they're a must! I biked for 2 hours from Mahopac with a big appetite, and those noodles did not disappoint. Creamy, spicy, savory - a national treasure of a dish. The scallion pancakes and mapo tofu are also worth a try.
