I've visited this IHOP multiple times, and while the service can vary, the food consistently impresses. If you're in the mood for satisfying breakfast options or delicious burgers without breaking the bank, this is the spot for you. Cleanliness is never an issue here, and although the service might not be stellar, the quality of the food makes it worth your while.
