The service at this establishment is always exceptional, with friendly staff and a clean environment. The food here never disappoints, and I find myself coming back often for a quick and satisfying meal. The variety of wing flavors is impressive, and the quality of the food is consistently good.

We used to come here several times a week, but since new ownership or management things have gone downhill rapidly. Tonight I had the worst hamburger I have ever had, it was inedible! Thin patty cooked to death with burnt bacon and very well done bun. It went into the garbage after a couple of bites were choked down. Nothing like their burgers used to be, a lot thicker and juicier. Their prices have taken a big leap and that was a while ago which is why we cut down on going but now the food is so far down in quality it's not worth it at half the price. Our last order was canceled because it was placed at 9:25, the web site said they close at 10:00. When I arrived to pick it up they told me they shut off the grill at 9:30. Make up your mind are you open until 9:30 or 10:00? Definitely would not recommend No White Plains Planet Wings if they paid me.
