Collessano's pepperoni rolls are a nostalgic taste of home, evoking fond memories of my time in Fairmont. Each visit brings the same delicious flavors, making it impossible to resist indulging in their cheesy pizza and savory rolls, a tradition that continues to warm my heart from afar.

I've ate at colos since I was a little tot when original colos owned it I've had many of meals there from pizza to rolls to spiders to the all new steak n meatball hoagies and spaghetti and I must admit they have really come along way in their selectionsand when the menas first took over the establishment yes it was different but they bout a name a family buisness so we kept goin back but here in the last four years their quality us so bad that its not worth the what if of their food quality anymore their pizzas are crap shoot might be raw n the middle might have 2 to 3 inches of crust showing on edges where sauce could go and cheese might cover at least 3/4 of the whole pizza and it might not be so hard u break a tooth or so soft u think ur eating pizza bread the consistency isn't there anymore and hasn't been quit a while the pepperoni rolls vary thr bread can be dry hard on ends the skin falls off the rest of the bun leaving the inside bread mushy from soaking up the sauce their hoagies and round buns are so dry u can't chew it and I've been to other establishments that claim they carry their colos hoagi buns and they are worse in dryness I've walked into belview more than once to hear ranting and raving and cussing by the owner and his sons I have tried to eat in the dinning room only to be disturbed by loud talk n the kitchen by employees on personal matters and tried to enjoy meals where the waitress friends were also eating just to have them sit there and have loud conversations while our glasses go empty and never refilled unless asked no sir to many years gone by without improvement they won't git anymore of my money wince it seems they want all the money they can get and they think they can have the sh-t--st quality of food if I pay good money I want good fine quality made with pride integrity and a dash of love not made with dollar signs in the eyes
