Dissappointed. Ordered a steak medium and got it rare. Sent it back. Chef recooked the same steak. Never had that before. This at Spring Mills restarurant.

Not prepared for Valentine Day special. It cost nearly $90 for two horrible meals, served with long wait times between. The cook was way off that night with bread that had been burned so badly that it could not be eaten; it simply broke apart in your hand with charcoal bits. There were potatoes on the set menu that were incredibly salty, so much that you could not even swallow them! We had beef wellington that was just next to cold, not even warm. We were there at 5:30 and they were slammed even then. Were we to get a rose as a part of the meal and none was offered; they wanted the table so badly that they asked us twice is we wanted to have our dessert to go.
They did not have enough staff for the crowd and were not equipped to deal. The food was poorly prepared and it was a big disappointment. I would consider somewhere else on a busy night.
