Yokum's is a fantastic spot that offers a unique combination of a country store and restaurant in one place. The restaurant serves classic American dishes like burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and pizza, while the store offers a variety of pantry items, drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. The atmosphere is bustling and lively, attracting both locals and travelers alike, making it a must-visit destination for a delicious meal and some shopping.

Best place ever
10/06/2023 - WV Born and Bread
I don't normally give bad reviews, but...the WV Hot dog was just that...a hot dog (they forgot the cheese!)...and we, literally, had to dodge flies swarming around us while trying to eat...and to top this, a dog came to our table and begged for our food-stayed with us the whole time...beautiful dog, but we just wanted to get some nourishment and leave...i'm an animal advocate and love them dearly, but to have an animal on one side begging and flies on the other side trying to land on us and our food, is just not my idea of having a relaxing and sanitary lunch...if we weren't hungry from traveling, we would have left...needless to say, we gulped down half the food and left. An older couple came in after us to eat and asked about the dog, and decided to not stay...i'm really sorry for this review, but we were disappointed.

While pit stopping at Seneca Rocks, I managed to lock myself out of my car. The visitor Center was closed due to COVID and I had no cell service, so I walked over to Yokums to ask if I could use a phone. Not only were they going to let me use their phone, but a kind lady at the front called somebody for me. The guy did not answer his phone right away, but she told me she knew where he ate lunch (it was around noonish when all this happened). She managed to get a ahold of him the second time and he came out 15 minutes later to get my car unlocked. I am very grateful they were willing to help! The small town feel was real. At least it was a beautiful day at a beautiful place :)
