This is my Grandson's favorite restaurant. Today we ate lunch at their new location with a brick oven. The brick oven makes all the difference in the world. Before this pizza was good, today I would rate the best I've had. Dough is placed on a machine which starts the process. Sauce tastes great....more sauce then most...which is good...I don't like dry pizza. Cheese on half, meat toppings on other half, not too much meat but enough to satisfy my love. The first bites are HOT...just came out of brick oven...this is what you want. Bottom crust is crisp. Recommend to very one. Service is great, staff treat you like family.
