My husband and I have been regulars at this establishment for many years, but since the new owner took over, the quality of the home fries has noticeably declined. It seems that many places opt for frozen home fries instead of freshly made ones, which is disappointing. Despite this, the homemade bread for the toast and the generous portions make it a worthwhile stop for those craving a traditional West Virginia breakfast experience. The service may be slow due to limited staff, but the warm welcome and delicious, honest food make it a charming dining option in the hills of West Virginia.
