The dining experience at the adventure-based river rafting location offers a variety of food options ranging from casual coffee shop fare to upscale buffet dishes, all with a stunning view of the gorge. The menu may change based on the chef's latest creations, so it's a good idea to call ahead to learn about the local specialties being served. While some dishes like the chicken parmesan and shrimp with penne pasta fell short, the pork tenderloin was tender and flavorful, and the buffet setup allows for trying a variety of options. Despite the slow service and lackluster desserts, the overall fresh and tasty food makes it worth considering a return visit.
