The food at Ming's reminds me of the flavors I experienced in Boston's Chinatown. The freshness and quality of the dishes are unmatched in Wichita. Ming's has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

My husband and I went there since we were kids when they were first opened regularly. Now when we go back to Wichita to visit family, it is the first place we eat at when we get to town with our kids and my parents. The owners and staff are always friendly and I always get extra egg rolls to freeze for the trip home. We're love this little hidden gem.

I recently ate there and couldn't believe how terrible the food was. I ordered the Mongolian beef w/steamed rice with crab Rangoon. When my plate arrived it was all beef, no vegetables and covered in a thick brown sauce. My steamed rice was dry and the crag Rangoon wasn't very warm. When I tasted the Mongolian beef it tasted like salty brown gravy with sugar mixed in. The crag Rangoon was like they scrapped the insides of a cream cheese & chive cracker and shoved it in the pouch. I came back to my work and my co-workers were in disbelief that I had this bad experience. I will stick to my Great Wall in Haysville which I have always had a good experience and great food since they have been open.

They are hand's down the best Chinese food in town. The Cantonese lo mien is the best thing on the menu. Generals chicken is also the bomb, beef broccoli the sweet sour chicken is also to die for. and then there is the chow mien, the egg rolls are great. Oh yes the egg Fu yung is also right at the top. Just a gr8 place and to top it off the wait staff is excellent.
