After a weekend full of wedding festivities, I joined a group of friends for lunch and decided to try the broken rice plate with pork, hoping it would redeem my previous disappointing experience elsewhere. It was absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered, from the crispy ban xeo to the flavorful pho, exceeded my expectations, making it a meal I can't wait to enjoy again.
