The fried chicken at Ms. Tosha's food truck is incredibly crispy and light, with a delicious original and spicy flavor option. Despite the longer wait time due to the chicken being cooked to order, the well-prepared chicken and chicken-fried fries make it worth the visit for a taste of authentic fried chicken in Wichita.
