Noble House consistently delivers exceptional food and generous portions at their food truck in Wichita. Despite not finding my initial choice on the menu, I ended up thoroughly enjoying the spicy ahi tuna poke with added lobster crack. The flavors were on point, the staff was friendly, and the experience left me looking forward to my next visit.
