I always order takeout from Felipe's Jr Mexican food and am consistently impressed with the accuracy and quality of my orders. The complimentary chips and salsa are a nice touch, even for to-go orders. The restaurant itself is beautifully clean, and the service from the waitstaff is excellent.

After eating food from Felipe's most of my life and never really having any complaints, I had my first bad meal from there. Had the take out which is not unusual for us. Ordered 2 # 2 combinations. Sauce & chips were good. Took a bite of the taco and the shell was definitely not a fresh one. Very chewy and on the rubbery side. Not what a corn shell should be. Same on my husbands meal. Tried the cheese enchilada. It was impossible to cut with a fork. Turned it over and the bottom side was almost completely black. I mean extremely burnt. Same on the other meal. Tostado shell was just as bad as the taco shell. Beans, rice & burrito were edible. Everything was so covered in cheese that you couldn't see the damage underneath. Called Felipe's to inform them of the terrible quality of the food. Girl on phone had the oh well we already have your money so I don't care attitude. Told her I could probably get better food from Taco Tico. She informed me that I could always eat at Taco Tico instead of Felipe's. Said next time I would. Sorry but I don't think that people enjoy blowing their money on bad food then have some hateful employee smart off on the other end of the phone. I would try to hang on to my customers. Will definitely not be going back to Felipe's to eat. We usually eat there once a week. Apparent that they do not appreciate loyal customers for their business. Will not waste my time or money there again.
