This isn't’t going to be pretty so strap yourselves in for this review. Where to begin…we arrived at the restaurant & were quickly seated & given menus. Hate to spoil the ending, but this is the best part of our evening! After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got up walked over to an employee & asked if they would please take my order. Without apologizing for our wait the staff member took our order, didn't’t take my menu, didn't’t ask if he could bring out drink refills and didn't’t offer to bring so much as a saltine to the table. During the 40 minute wait for our salads my drink glass sat empty on the edge of the table for a good 20 minutes. Now it pains me to say this because the overall experience was so incredibly horrible, but my momma always told me to find the good in every situation, so here it is; the food was actually very tasty. Following dinner we had a 20 minute wait for our check during which no offer of coffee or dessert was made and our glasses were once again empty. Our experience has been so unbelievably awful who’d have thought it could get worse, but alas it did. In the following wait to get our check & payment card returned to the table we watched four patrons come into the restaurant, sit down and then leave because the service was so slow. Four paying patrons out the door! And to end the evening with a show stopping grand finale the server lost my husband’s debit card! After delivering this little nugget he proceeded to complain about how long he had spent looking for it, offered us each a HALF glass of wine to pacify us while he looked some more, and then asked for another form of payment! I am seeing red at this point, but it just gets better by the moment. He comes back to the table, informs us that both the owners are in the restaurant, are aware of the problem & would like for us to have their mobile numbers. These owners never came to our table, never apologized for the poor service, didn't’t make one attempt to make things right and asked that the bill be paid in full. No discount, no complementary dessert, no free meal offers but by golly I’ve got their mobile numbers and the memory of the most bazaar dining experience I’ve had to date.
