I went with my family for a birthday dinner about a week ago, the manager Brian came up and tried to start small talk with our family and asked my mother if she was my grandmother! COMPLETELY and totally uncalled for, no matter what she looked like. You don't go up to an older person and ask if they're in a home? why would you say something like that to a paying customer. time and place i guess. After asking for a manager due to my food being cold, brian came back over and instead of offering an helping hand, he gave nothing but attitude and scoffed as he returned my plate. Other than the food taking 30 min, and getting the most lukewarm chicken sandwich of my life, all i can say is the drinks were good so kudos to the bartender, Alicia i think? If you're looking for a nice birthday experience, look past waterman's. Sometimes a simple drive thru is better than a 25 min wait with a reservation. The only saving grace about this undercooked fish graveyard was the host. Very mannerly and kind all things considering. One girl even offered her condolences for lost time and frustration on my way out.
