The steak & cheese subs are delicious! The chicken parm is great, and the chicken wings and homemade chips are the best in town. The salads are outstanding with any meal you order! New management, and the staff is very, very friendly and helpful! So glad KRAZY’S is getting back to their normal days & hours!!!!

Had a very scary experience recently while waiting to be served. Only one waitress available which was boldly posted on the front door. The restaurant at this time wasn’t busy at all. Waited about 20 minutes before actual food order was taken. Never offered a menu. My frustration was apparent when waitress finally did take our order but I remained silent and told her what I would like. About 3 mins later a man came out from the kitchen and hollered at me from across the restaurant startling everyone that was there. He yelled Hey! My waitress told me you were rude to her and I’m not gonna have that. He was extremely aggressive as he approached within inches of our table and continued to shout at me. I tried to tell this person that I never said a word to anyone about anything. He continued to harass me in front of everyone . I looked at all the other patrons at this time and they were just as shocked as I was. After he stormed away and dissappeared into the kitchen our waitress ran up to my table and immediately apologized for his be
havior. I ask her what she said to him to upset him so badly because I knew I has said nothing to her. She acknowledged this but said she did tell him she thought we were in a hurry. Now I’m almost positive she embellished her comment to him because I couldn’t think of any reason for this man’s aggressive behavior. I ask who was this man and she told me to my shock that he was the general manager. This man was off the charts out of line with his approach. I understand their was a shortage of staff. They had notes plastered all over the restaurant INDICATING THIS. BUT AT NO TIME...should a manager or anyone else for that matter ever act and speak to someone like he did. Obviously he was having a bad day before I got there and he took it out on me. This man needs some management lessons. He is suppose to set an example for his employees and he most definitely failed!!!
