Order half slap, fries, side of BB to go. Phone order friendly, promised time met. I know fries do not travel well in Styrofoam but I live 1 blk away. Slap on top of undercooked fries. Flavored well but limp. BB looked like Van Camp pork and beans with a little flavor. Rib flavor great, but I think of fall off the bone. Fall off truck into a puddle for moistening, hit by 2 cars would have been better. May have been bad batch? Called and spoke with another nice employee who was going to have Mgr call. Still waiting. I am 8 year CB resident who interacts with many locals and visitors and I want our local businesses to thrive. I only wanted Mgr/Owner to pull 1 rib off of what they were going to serve to the public and be able to say, yum, or we have a problem here. I will withhold any recommendations until I give it another shot. Beans I get, fries I expected, but ribs are what you do! Hope I just showed up for the first time on a bad day.
