Very poor service, I was told 1 hour wait time for table, got there at 9:15 resturant closes at 11:00.
We had to eat at the bar, I am a 62 yr old and I told hostess that I could not sat at bar it was very uncomfortable but it did not matter to her. By the way others were sat to a table and bar full and tight.

Tad was not very nice. This is the 14th phone call to the store. He is the first manager that I have reached. He told me that he could handle the complaint. After I told him what had happen, he then took my number and said it was way above his head. He also laughed at me when I told him what the employee looked liked. 5-7 weeks ago we came in and placed a to go order. The order was not prepared the way I ordered. We were never given a receipt or even thanked or ask to come back. It now really does not matter due to we live in Atlanta. We will now never do business with this company any longer. Thank you Tad your attitude is and was the final straw.

My friends and I went to chilis on Saturday March 5, 2011. We met at 8:00 and there was 6 of us and my husband and I got there @ 7:50 and put our name in for 6 people and we were told 15-20 minute wait and the next couple came at 8:00 and the last couple came at 8:07 and we were not seated until 8:40 and a 6 people came after us and was seated before us and when we said something to the host he stated that we didn't get there until 8:07 and that was a lie!!!!!! we had good service and the food is always good there and that is why we go there. that was not a very good experience on Saturday and I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
