01/17/2011 - Mac Garris
Placed order (dbl whop, no onion, lg combo, to go), paid, got my drink and then waited. Fifteen minutes later and 4 or 5 customers behind me
getting their orders, I asked how long it took to fix a burger. The kid who took my order said she "had told her to fix it" , looking back at
someone behind her. Then she asked if the order was to go and that they would get it ready right away. I told the kid that was on the register
at that time to give me my money back so I could return to work. This happened on a Saturday afternoon, about 1:37 p.m. and there were 5 or 6
employees running around in circles behind the counter. Probably be a while before I go to a BK again.
