Toppings in hit dogs are sometime wrong at pick up window. I find out after leaving and too late to complain about it. One sauce I don't know what it was. It wasn't bad but not what u asked for.

I'd ordered my usual today through the drive-thru, The All Star salad with (4) ranch dressings. In the past, they'd only give you (2) free and any more than this you'd have to pay for each additional one. I never had a problem with this and was glad to do it because I love their ranch dressing. Upon return home, I only received (2) ranch dressings, not (4) I'd requested. Additionally, the salad itself was comprised more of big chunks of iceberg lettuce near the stalk than the other types of lettuce. I noticed also, they now put your crackers, plastic utensils in their own personalized Dairi-O paper bag now. They can splurge for this yet they can't sell the customer (2) more ranch dressing cups and provide more of the better lettuces. And for $9.00 + tax for a salad that has chicken chunks, a smidgen of cheese, (3) onion pieces & (3) tomatoes, and a sprinkling of bacon bits (which I've found to be tough and chewy),one would expect more for their dollar and certainly better lettuces and condiments requested. I love Dairio. But this location is horrible. My food has been wrong three times in a row and don't forget to wait 30 minutes for it. I will not be back.

Went thru drive thru and both orders were not as we ordered. Ordered and paid for cheese on hamburger....no cheese....no pickles....buns were cold!
Frustrating when You are already through the line ...please get the orders

We have enjoyed Dairios so much in the past .. now not so much...
Our orders are not what we order, and it's not worth the time to go back through drive thru.. today, ordered two loaded buns and one hot dog....got three loaded buns!...asked for whole wheat . Got potato buns... frustrated!
