I stayed loyal to this place even after the second time it was sold but tonight was the straw. I put up with surly staff and tiny cheese dip servings for the carnitas, which I love. However, tonight my food came covered with grilled onions and no warning on the menu. I do not like onions. When I said something, my waiter said at least I knew and could order it without onions next time. Really? I'm sitting there instead of at the fabulous Italian place down the sidewalk and that is the response I get?
They took my plate and brought me another, or at least that is what I initially thought. They had taken my plate into the back, removed as many onions as possible, and then brought the plate back to me. My reasoning for never going back is this- can you imagine what they used to remove those onion pieces as quickly as they did? I can, and all I can see are their fingers in my food. I could taste the onions with the first bite of the returned food and ate no more. I did move the meat around a bit and found lots of leftover onions. Gross. Never again.

The quality of the food is not the best. The restroom was soo bad I have never seen a restaurant bathroom this dirty. I showed two employees the condition of the restrooms and neither had any one clean them. Their was no manager in the restaurant. I have called back to talk with the manager twice in the past week and have not received a call back. We will never return to this restaurant and deserve our money back!!!!!

Horrible service...waitress could speak nor understand one work of English!...waited for 45 mins for food..manager went to get it brought out... the food was cold and we sent one plate back to "HEAT"...still wasnt...the cooks did not even know the name of the plates they were holding in their hands...had no idea and the 5th plate we didnt get for another 10 mins and it was not what we ordered..the manager gave us a 60% off discount...my daughter ask why he didnt comp the ticket and he ignored her..sorry customer service.. and horrible food....we will not go back again...and my daughter and husband used to eat there once a week at least...really gone down hill since we ate there a month ago....my last time...you need to train all of your employees! I hope the owner sees this...you need some good help!

I used to eat at this establishment on a regular basis but haven't in about six months. Something has changed and the food is no longer freshly prepared but it is instead just warmed in a microwave. Also, the wait staff is very inattentive and not familiar with their own menu. It took them 6 minutes to seat us, food was served cold and some was not what was ordered. When we asked to speak with a manager we were told that there was no one there that could help us. Will NEVER go back.

Do not go to this restaurant. The have zero customer service and no professionalism. I purchased a restaurant.com coupon and they refused to honor it. Even though the company had made an agreement to sell their services on this 3rd party website, they refused to accept it with no real explanation other than there was a lack of expiration. The "manager" who gave the name of Homega P. refused to be helpful or accommodating. They refused to compensate me in any way for being inconvenienced. You would think a restaurant with a 90 sanitation grade (which I didn't see when I walked in) would do more to keep customers.
