The food was delicious, especially the pepperoni pizza and Philly cheese steaks, making it the best in town. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and good white pizza also available.

We order from Frank's right often. Here lately, can't seem to get food right. Ordered a cheese burger and specified "cook medium", had them read it back. When I got there they were cooking a hamburger and I watched it cook for awhile. When they put it on bread I ask the guy (blonde headed) if that was mine and he said yes. I told him that I was pretty sure it was way to done, and he said "no he checked it". I said that no one had since I had been there and he said yes he did. I told him to check now and it was way to done. This guy taking orders and running register is a liar. I have as much right to get my food the way I ask as anyone!! I told him to forget it and give me a refund, he gave me $7.00 even, guess he thought they should keep the tax! He is also a crook in my opinion! I know this is a small issue and not trying to blow it out. Food is fairly good usually, but I will not be lied to over a simple hamburger, this makes me wonder what else goes on !!
