I had breakfast there yesterday, food good but prices have gone up. NO MORE DAILY SPECIALS ANYMORE! Their menu online doesn't reflect the change in prices. I understand a glass of orange juice is now $3.00, really? So sorry they are having trouble staffing and have closed on Sunday because of that.

WOW, just finished a magnificent meal from Cagney's in Kernersville .
Their Lasagna was perfect! We had the Chocolate cake and that was so delicious the icing was not too sweet and the cake part was just right! Oh the Lamb Beef Wrap also was awesome! Had some of Hubbys fries and they are the best. We will visit again and hope to get inside instead of having to eat at home ...

They have the best and most reasonably priced breakfast around. I haven't had anything on their breakfast menu that wasn't good! All around great place to eat.

We have been eating here for 5 years now. Over the past 2 months it has one problem after another. If we dine in, they take the order wrong or repeat it wrong to the cook and one of us is waiting to eat while the others have food. The past 2 times we have done take-out, we get home and someones meal is missing and/or no gravy on potatoes, meat all dried up and overcooked. NO compensation has ever been offered, even after letting the manager know. Hate to say it, but we are done with Cagneys.
