Returning to this restaurant brought back fond memories of dining at its Kenosha location in the past. The Cowboy Chicken and Walleye appetizer were just as delicious as I remembered. The service was impeccable, even amidst a bustling dining room, making it a perfect choice for our next West Bend excursion.

I love the Charcoal Grill in West Bend. We are greeted at the door with a friendly smile.The manager is awesome. He is very personable and will even come and ask how the food is as well as how is everything so far. The restaurant is very well keep. It is super clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The best part is food. The food is awesome!! I would recommend the Charcoal Grill in West Bend to anyone young or old.

It was a busy Saturday night at the Charcoal Grill but my friend and I experienced a very attentive and personable waiter, Sonny. Best charcoal burgers in town (West Bend). Soup and sandwich combo was a nice touch for lighter choice. Service and promptness of food delivery were very good.

We will not go back to this restaurant we went for Easter Sunday brunch we had reservations we had to Waite and Waite and Waite the girls that were seating were very rude and disorganized we had to ask for our seating 3 times and every time was told we're working on a table but there was 4-5tables open I was not happy with this oh by the way there was only 4 people in my party thanks for taking the time to read this I will not return Tammy kreckel
