Great experience and super bar food! Bruce is one of the best bar managers ever!

I placed an order over the phone for pick up. Just a chicken strip basket with fries. And an order of mini tacos, 20 minute wait- ok that's fine. I get there 20 minutes later and they THEN inform me they are out of chicken strips. Okay I will just take my mini tacos. She then informs me it will be another 8 minute wait (they didn't cook them within that 20 minutes?) I said no thank you and left. I am very angry, I order from Island city lanes quite often and this might just be the last time. If you cannot make me part of my order that is fine, but why wait till I get there to pick it up to cook the rest?? Very frustrated.
