Bamboo Kitchen in Watertown is our go-to for delicious Pad Thai, Chicken Fried Rice, and Pork Spring Rolls - it never disappoints!

Service was bad. The food was late by 1.5 hours. Was told that delivery would be 30-45 min.
Food was cold and all the driver had to say that he was sorry.
My bill was $32.00 . I was ordering a lot but will stop all orders.

The food is good, they use fresh ingredients and no msg. I appreciate the variety they offer and the staff is friendly

Pretty good Chinese food. Not the best ever, but it's decent.

Read some positive, some negative reviews but the response from the owner saying that everyone makes mistakes and that they are trying to be a great restaurant in Watertown made me want to try them. While the food was ok, I will not be going back. I ordered the Basil Fried Rice and noticed that I couldn't taste or see any basil so I went back to the counter to ask. She went and asked the cook and came back to tell me that they were out of basil! No apology...just "we're out". It was almost $2 more to order that than the regular fried rice but I was looking forward to trying it with basil as it sounded delish ($10 is a bit much for fried rice in my book in a place with no atmosphere). Considering the fact that it's called basil fried rice (not fried rice with basil), I felt that they should have told me they were out of basil and given me the chance to order something different rather than just omit it and hope I didn't notice. The fact that they didn't even care enough to apologize, offer to reduce the bill to the regular fried rice or something made my decision to not go back.
