I had my daughters 5th birthday party there and I was pretty disappointed. I booked the ultimate party for 16-20 kids. When we arrived they did not have enough supplies in the room they set us up in. I had to go back and ask for more bracelets, silverware, plates, and napkins. The koolaid was just red colored water it was so watered down. With all the different trips up asking for more supplies the staff seemed to get rather annoyed with being asked for more of the stuff we needed. The plan also provides food of either pizzas, sandwiches, or 6 in wraps. I choose the pizzas. The plan only includes 2 pizzas to feed 16-20 kids! but you can purchase more for 10 dollars a piece. The chairs they have set up in the rooms to sit on, in my opinion are not safe. They are the old wooden fold up chairs. While my daughter was unwrapping presents the chair kept wanting to fold up on her and a chair did pin another little girls ankle in it requiring the ankle to be iced. The plan is 180 dollars for the 16-20 kids but with the extra 2 pizzas I ordered to make sure everyone got to eat the price ended up being 208 dollars with tax. With spending this amount of money for 2 hours of play I expected the much better costumer service and to have all the supplies needed for the size party that was ordered. Chances of having another party there is pretty slim!
