Bad experience here x 2. You think I would have learned my lesson the first time. Ordered a carry out for my family. They said it would be ready by 430-not ready til 455! Then I was unable to use the $50 gift card the owner gave us a couple months ago after my daughter and her boyfriend offered the owner some suggestions after experiencing bad service. So I got stuck paying for the whole bill. I would not have ordered for them again if not for the gift card. My bad. Also, I asked them several times if they had enough utensils in the bag and the assured me the did. NOT TRue. I'm sitting here eating a salad with a spoon. Ugh! Never again

Food is not what the pictures are hyped up to look like. Hamburgers my family had didn't taste like real beef and are service and server we're terrible! My family and I had a terrible experience I would not recommend this location to anyone.

After waiting over 15 minutes at our booth, we never had a single employee greet us or even take a drink order. The restaurant was nearly empty with plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager for assistance, they just stood and looked and pointed at the table. After now over 20 minutes with no help, we left hungry! Don't waste your time!

Wanted to get refunded for bloody burger did not eat called them and kid answered and would not let me talk to manger I got mad so I hung up the phone he called me back to tell me to f**k off
