Enjoyed a delicious fish fry dinner with generous portions at The Lighthouse. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience a memorable one. The atmosphere was great, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great place to fly into Shawano airport (EZS) walk across the ramp and enjoy a great meal out on their deck.

So disappointed. We thought we had found a new place to eat, but NO!!! We were there and I asked about the menu, when they open and if the specials were served everyday like the menu stated and she said yes. Well, today we went for the broasted chicken special. Sat at the table for 15 minutes. No one came to the table and even asked if we wanted something to drink. People coming in with roasters and pool table covered and food sitting on it. Dog running around by the bar, but no waitress. Packer Party for the elite. No one else matters!!! Won't go back. We found another restaurant that served broasted chicken. Cost a little more, but at least they acknowledged us.

Worse service ever!!!! As a party of 3, we waited 10 minutes to have our waitress bless us with her presence. She brought our drinks to us and we didn't see again her for 45 MINUTES. We had to go to the bar to get another round of drinks on our own. Finally we decided to cut our loses and just pay for our drinks. We were told our food would be right now and it was. Too bad the burgers were overcooked (asked for medium rare, got well done). We didn't want to wait another 45 minutes and again asked to pay for our drinks. The manager/owner was called and we were told that because we cut our burgers in half (no bites taken), we had to pay for our food or they would call the cops. Nice. We were starving and frustrated so we basically paid the bill to get out of there and get some edible food.


Also- Badger fans - the Lighthouse doesn't get the Big Ten network so don't expect to sit (probably get bad customer service) and watch the game.
