The dining experience at Ed's Pitstop is consistently satisfying, with flavorful barbecue and a variety of delicious smoked meats. The friendly staff and clean atmosphere create a welcoming environment for enjoying a meal. Located in a gas station, this hidden gem in northern Wisconsin offers a diverse menu, including broasted chicken, fish, pizza, and gourmet ice cream.

The Best pastrami I have ever had. I buy it by the lb. Pulled pork and brisket are out of this world. Coleslaw is Wonderful. I moved to birchwood 2 years ago. Love Ed's
