Stopped in on a Thursday night and tried the fried pork tenderloin special at the Gateway Lodge. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional - prompt and friendly. I've been going to Mercer for years, and I must say that the Gateway has become a fantastic dining destination since Wayne and Missy took over. Their menu offers a variety of options, from casual to formal dining, all set in a beautiful lakeside setting. The Loonatic Burger is a must-try, along with the mouthwatering ribs and pork tenderloin sandwich. It's a place I always bring my family and friends to, and everyone has been impressed with the quality of food and service. I strongly recommend giving it a try when you're in the area.
