I am adding this review because of the 1 star you received from entitled people that weren't able to place an order at 7:45 pm. They are apparently unaware of how difficult it has been for businesses to hire staff. It's a problem across the country and certainly impacts tourist areas. The fact that businesses can no longer rely on all the help that used to be available via temporary work visas, just ads to the pain. I guess she doesn't watch the news. or read. So entitled tourist shows up minutes before the kitchen closes and isn't allowed to force the kitchen staff to stay another hour+ to turn on the grills and fryers and clean up a second time, just to serve them. Businesses have shortened hours this year for a reason. They also are closed more days during the week. This isn't by choice but necessity. Karen needs to plan a little better in these times or she will frequently be disappointed.

Told we could not order food at 7:45 PM on a saturday, because the kitchen closed at 8pm. Tourism?
