I was totally surprised by this eco-friendly dining and lodging spot in the middle of nowhere; the drinks were great, dinner was memorable, and the desserts were tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and semi-elegant, and I can't wait to return in winter for a weekend at the Inn.
