Please turn up the heat on the main buffet island. Came in for lunch 2 times now and food was not hot..barely warm..the otherside is steaming so that food was hot and delicious..

I didn't realize Evergreen was under new management. This was one of my favorite lunch stops. I went in for lunch today, and oh my was i disappointed! The beef in the beef and broccoli dish was tough. The shrimp in the shrimp delight dish was overcooked and rubbery. The sauces were bland and lacked flavor. All the entries were lukewarm at best. I always liked the hot tea, but their new tea is flavorless and comes across as colored water. I attempted to express my concern with the waitress, but she indicated she does not speak English and could not understand me. What a bummer. I think there are going to be a lot of disappointed locals.
