Located in the Northwoods along the picturesque Chippewa River, Foster's Riverview Inn is a charming traditional supper club with rich history. The warm and inviting bar, tended by Kevin, offers a cozy atmosphere and expertly crafted Old Fashioned cocktails. The dining room, overseen by Bobbie and her kitchen team, serves up delectable steaks, seafood, and home-cooked dishes with excellent service and attention to detail.

Expensive for what you get. And menu descriptions, off from what you actually get. The side that three of us at table got was not even worth the $1.50 that it cost. My baked potato was half black and still hard. Breading on my shrimp was very tasty, but the shrimp were very tough, as a New Englander, I now my seafood, as a trainer chef, the prime rib was not a pound of beef, nor were either cooked as they ordered them. Timing needs to improve, we had just started eating salad and are main course showed up. The rolls were very good, and are server was awesome. I understand that there are new owners, I someone that has been in the foodservice business for more than 50 years, You need to impress from day one and take the suggestions to improve, not to alienate your customers. Remember, for everyone good review, there are going to be 10 bad reviews, most people do not post bad reviews, them they just talk about where not to go!

Wonderful buffet..excellent service...terrific supper club experience at a reasonable price..great value.
