Tried this place for the first time and wow, the burger was amazing! The custard was also really good and the staff were super friendly. It's a popular spot, but now I understand why - it's a cute little place with classic vibes. The grilled cheese was exactly what I was craving - crispy and cheesy - although the fries were just okay. But those cheese curds? So crispy and cheesy, definitely getting them again!

When I got home with my order it was not what I had ordered. I called Hefner's to tell them that. The person who answered the phone made it clear to me that she did not care. She says to me what am I suppose to do, WHAT A JOKE. Why does a customer have to tell an employee how to do their job.

I was at the counter waiting to give my order. Fifteen minutes go by and nobody ever came to take my orderi. I saw one employí©e running around filling orders while 3 other employees were busy gossiping. The employee doing all the work asked for help and they ignored her. I told the 3 people that they lost me as a customer They did not care. One of them laughed at me. This place needs some .atur

Htorrible food. Employees are very unprofessional. The employí©es do not care about the customer.A young guy got mad at me when I asked questions about the food. The high school age girls who work their main priority.is to complain about their boyfriend's. Called 4 times to talk to the manager got no where as she was never available. Left 4 messages and never got a return call.

I also experíenced where a employee was mean to my 5 year old son. Do you not like customers who bring chíldren to your business. How do you justify this hatred of chíldren? An answer would be appreciated. I called the so called manager 5 times and never got í return call. How do you stay in business?

I wish that I could give you zero stars. You botch up my order, you are rude on the phone to my girlfriend when she calls you about the order being messed up. When she asked for the name of the manager you hang up on her. Way to go guys. What are we in grade school. How do you stay in business with this childish unprofessional attitude?

Are there any mature people who work here? I have not seen any and I come here slot. Who is in charge of this business. It seems that the main goal here is to good around have fun and treat the customer as an interuption of there main goal of goofing around and having fun. This is not a good model for success. I luld like to hear from the owner of Hefners how they can defend this.

Employees are more concerned with goofing around and having fun as opposed to waiting on customers,. Who ever is in charge of this place must not care. Last time here they were throwing napkins at each other. That does not look good. Why does this happen? Does anyone have any answers
