This outpost in the middle of nowhere offers delicious burgers and steak sandwiches, along with outstanding baked fish. The beer selection is surprisingly good, though the whiskey options may not be as extensive. Despite the lack of Wi-Fi password access, the friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a great spot to return to for a satisfying meal and enjoyable atmosphere.

Prime Rib was just okay at best. Yes, you get a huge portion, but 50% was fat and did not have much flavor. The waitress, gave us our "To Go" boxes and bill 5 minutes after she served us our dinner. I didn't ask for either and we weren't even close to being finished with our food.

We are new land owners in Marinette County and learning about the area. Fiends recommended the Heritage so we looked forward to our first visit. Very disappointing experience. The room was so loud with people who drank too much and were literally shouting at each other. We could hardly carry on a conversation. Not what you want when trying to enjoy your dinner.
The food was total crap...I ordered the fish fry and I was sick the next day. Obviously this food was a cheap frozen product, very low quality and worse than the old C rations I had to eat in the military. The service was also very poor. The server never checked on us which is basic. Part of our order was never served and we asked to have a take-outs before paying the check.
I doubt that we will ever return. Who knows..maybe we will have a change of heart in a few years and give the Heritage a second audition. Our first experience was really disappointing and there are many other area restaurants to visit.
