Got there around 515 on a Friday. And since I had never been there before we didn't know there was a hostess in the back until I asked the bartender for menus. she seen us sitting at a table and could have said something but didnt

We went back and seen a few empty tables and not very many people but still were told 30 minute wait. We went back to the bar to wait. I seen a waitress go out to smoke twice. If you were that busy that we had to wait 30 minutes then she should have been waiting tables and not smoking. When our 30 minute time was up I went back to see how much longer. Hostess said 5 more minutes. When it was finally our time we knew what we wanted and had the menus stacked as a sign that we were ready. Still had to wait another 5-7 minuteseven tthough the waitress did see the menus. After our order was taken the bus boy was clearing tables and cleaning them. He left glasses on the table then sprayed the table which whatever that liquid was I'm sure got on the glass. I looked my cups over they were full of fingerprints. Do you leave the cups on the table that you think weren't used? VERY UNSANITARY if you ask me. As we were eating I seen that same waitress from earlier go out to smoke again! Then go behind the bar and spray herself down with perfume. Eww. Not once did I see her wash their hands. Also eww. Needless to say I more than likely won'to go there again. First and last time. But props to the cook. Food was good, service not so much.
