Celebrated a birthday with live music at Pea Patch and the party bus was accommodated graciously. The motel connected to the bar/restaurant was charming, but the beds were uncomfortable and there was no AC. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and delicious fish fry made the visit enjoyable.

Sorry my experience was not a good one. I should have know when I had to go into the very loud bar to get my room for the night that I should of turned around and left, but it was late and needed a place to sleep. When asked what size beds they had we were told queen. Thank good ness I got a room with two beds cause they were only double beds. No phone it the room to call the office (bar) for any complaints or help. No air conditioner in the heat of summer. The wallpaper was coming lose. Ashes on the bathroom floor we don’t smoke. The strips in the tub looked very dirty stained. The coffeepot was dirty a big stained spot on the carpet. Thought I may have been back in New Orleans after Katrina. The fan in the room was loose and made a ticka ticka noise all night long and then of course the bar noise taken outside was just great not to mention the people walking up stairs on their floor. I would not stay there again a very restless night. I looked it up on the web and it sounded nice but that was deceiving. I would recommend this place if you need a good sleep. It did have a flat screen TV. I think I would have spent the money elsewhere.
