I have always had great food and coffee at perc place. Today I had their specialty monte cristo and it has been changed. This restaurant used to dip the sandwich in batter and it melted in your mouth. Today, it was monte cristo meat and jam but on french toast. So sad they have joined at of the other restaurants that have skimped on this so no longer a delicious sandwich. Will not order again not delicious.

After hearing the story about Milwaukee's iconic and well loved actor and television personality John McGivern being told to leave because he's gay and has a partner of several decades, which the owner hated. I think I'll pass on having over priced mediocre food at the Perc Place. Somebody has to drag that place out of the 50's.

WOW A very nicely decorated restaurant by the owner, local High School students and local artists. The minute you walk through the door you feel warm, welcoming and cozy just like you were entering your Grandma's parlor or farm kitchen and the scents in the air of the food being prepared will really whet your appetite. The owner owned and operated the Colonial on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls and has gone above and beyond with her ten plus year Per Place. Her staff is very warm, friendly and accommodating. She even has a cozy corner with Wisconsin Badger memorabilia. Ladies, you must check out the Ladys' restroom and be prepared to spend some time in there looking around. The hallway to the restrooms are fun, too. I'm just sorry it took me so long to visit.
