The pizza at Sam's is really good and they've been around for a long time. The dining experience isn't super modern, but if you're picking up or getting delivery, it's the best!

Mi paisano, I love the pizzas here sams is been our favorite since we were teenagers and now grandparents still love it after 30 yrs in this country, I miss the wine in the sauce like the old days thought, and ill still keep getting this pizza till the day I die, so good everytime thank you

I have been consistently ordering from Sam's pizza since I was 18, I am 50 now and I still would Not order anywhere else...
YOUR pizza is always So good if anyone says different there's something wrong with you. I hope you will always be here in Janesville and continue with the same recipe.

2 times in a row pizza was wrong. When I called back I was told I ordered wrong and was treated so rude! The staff is extremely rude!! Dont order from this place. They are a bunch of rude idiots that dont give a shot about customers!!

Sam's does NOT OPEN till 4 p.m., for the people that are calling at lunch and thinking they are rude for not answering the phone. Have dined in but usually prefer delivery. Staff has been rude but usually very busy. The pizza is always great and delivery usually very timely. Been enjoying their pizza for over 30 years.

I Called and ordered a 14 inch extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni. I received a 10 inch cheese and pepperoni pizza. When I called the manager he said that it wasn't his problem. The man was rude and not willing to accept that the order was clearly wrong........Never order from them again.

We ordered pizza for delivery and after an hr of no pizza we called and they said we said we wanted pick up which was not true then they wanted to charge us an extra dollar to bring us a stale pizza they refused to make a fresh one.

Called to order a pizza 5 times over the course of a half-hour starting at 11:30AM, yea maybe it is lunch time but I don't care; that is when people eat! I let the phone ring at least 20 times each call and never did anyone bother answering, that's not how you run a business and this isn't the first time this has happened.

Your pizza may be good, but I am offended by your laziness. On top of this, it always takes an hour to get the pizza and if you pay by credit card you always get the demand that the cardholder be present with photo ID; fine, but it's always in a threatening tone which is irritating.

On the last call I let it ring literally for over 5 minutes, somebody finally answered and promptly hung up on me. SCREW YOU Sam's! Customer lost for life!

In response to oshos review..let me get this straight you will never order again because the management stated the obvious that when you put lettuce on a sandwich with something that just came out of the fryer the lettuce will wilt. And im assuming you ordered delivery since you called them which then its really on you for not just dining in because the lettuce had even more time to wilt!!....ummm duhhh!!! Sams pizza is fabulous everytime I have it whether dine in/pick up or delivery!

Picked up 2 large pizza's, one with pepperoni and one with sausage. Also a double order of garlic bread and I took it to a get together. I told my friends how good the pizza as they have not had pizza from Sam's before. We were not disappointed. The pizza was just delicious! The crust was perfect, the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings, and was nice and hot. Thank you Sam's for always having such awesome pizza!

we have been patrons for many years until tonight, I ordered a fish sandwich which I've had before the bun was soggy and rubbery the lettuce was LIMP when I called to complain their response was well letttuce will get limp get limp when it gets next to hot food! We will NEVER order from there again
