Walking into the restaurant, I initially felt unwelcome, but the friendly service and delicious food made up for it during my visit for lunch.

We were there last night and had very bad service. We got seated and had our order taken right away, however, people that came in behind us got their food before we did. My sister had the pasta dish, they brought that and one baked potato. It was 10 minutes later they brought her husband his prime rib which he ordered med well and it was medium rare, and two more potatoes. My sister and her husband were done eating before we got our prime rib which was medium rare and it was totally raw. I wanted to complain then but you were busy and I didn't want to make a scene. I would like something done about the bad service we had. We spent 40.04 there. I can send a picture of what the meat looked like if you would like to see it. The waitress never came over to see how things were. I have been a waitress for 30 years and this was awful service. I hope you can do something about this.
